What I Wore.. Real Mom Style :: Vol. 2

This post is about real moms who have real style. While we all fall into the jeans and tshirt rut we are encouraging our fellow moms to take the time to dress their best and rock it like the rock star moms they are! Did you look especially good this week, were the other moms at the playground complimenting your outfit? Share the look that worked for both potty training, the playground and coffee with a friend and let's inspire each other with some real mom fashion!

We've had some serious weird weather here this week - in the 60's one day to negative wind chills the next. Hate that, but welcome to Illinois! This is what I wore one day last week when we went out as a family and just the typical day of running around with the kids and I did errands. I'm super excited because though the vest is a tad bit tight, I was able to get it zipped! Woo hoo for me.. 10 weeks postpartum people and I'm slowly fitting into my old skinny clothes!
The Run Down..
  • Liz Lang Maternity Cami from Target.. though it's just about too big so strike another maternity gone.. once I can get to the store to buy some new!
  • The so comfortable Perfect Shirt in Navy Stripes - Conversation Pieces.
  • Grey vest - Old Navy.
  • Bardot skinny jeans - Isabella Oliver.
  • Stud diamond earrings and silver bangles.
  • Temp Ted Luichiny boots - Demand Shoes.
Each Sunday Ellen of Thrifty & Chic Mom and I will host What I Wore - Real Mom Style and you can link up through the Mr. Linky. Visit others & get inspired as we get inspired by what you're wearing. Be sure to follow us on twitter @MommainFlipFlop & @ThriftyChicMom & use #hashtag #RealMomStyle. We will promote & tweet your fashion posts for you & you can do the same. 4. Great outfit! I've been getting a lot of mileage out of my puffer vest lately too - it is the perfect thing to keep me warm when the weather is off and on cold/slightly chilly.

    1. Thanks lady. I will link up when I post something I wore on Sunday. I feel bad linking up on there if its not my Sunday attire. :) also wanted to open it up for moms that aren't just Catholic. I'm still visiting y'all.

    2. Oh my gosh! Is it just for Catholics? I must have missed that. I've sent a bunch of friends there in an attempt to say "Aha! Christians are frumpy!" I would have sworn one of the Fine Linen ladies wasn't even Catholic! Oh my! Foot in mouth!

    3. No I think I am wrong about it being just for Catholics. My apologies!
